The Crest of Calavera Hills Homeowner's Association ( The Crest HOA) is a planned unit development (PUD) consisting of 108 units.  Each unit is an owner of the common areas that are on site for the beneficial use and enjoyment of all owners.  The Crest "Common Areas" include landscaping, paving, parking spaces, swimming pool, spa, bathhouse and the exteriors of all buildings.

Construction, remodeling, or equipment installation projects at the Crest that will attach/adhere/rest on or to the exterior of any building or common area is required to have the Board of Director's approval in writing before work begins

Visitors may park in parking spaces marked "visitor".  Numbered parking spaces are reserved for The Crest HOA residents' use.

Property Advantage located at 5142 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad, CA 92008 is the Crest HOA association management company.  All vendors wishing to perform work at the Crest should verify proper work authorizations have been submitted and approved prior to performing any work.
